Print the meringue mass onto baking paper at room temperature.
Bake the mouse at 100 °C for 90 min.
Tipp: For best results we recommend to prepare the mass directly before printing and use it within 4 hours.
You can place your meringue mouse together with yellow marzipan printed in form of a cheese bite on a cookie or wafer.
