Bocusini® @ FabCon 3.D in Erfurt German English presentation

Vom 14. - 16. Juni dürfen wir euch als Startup-Award-Gewinner der letztjährigen FabCon 3.D das weltweit erste Plug & Play 3D Food Printing System Bocusini® in Halle 2 am Stand 720 live in Aktion präsentieren. Diesmal werden wir gleich mit 3 Bocusini® vor Ort sein. An einem Bocusini® könnt ihr mit dem intuitiven Userinterface innerhalb von Sekunden eigene Kreationen selbst erstellen und gelingsicher in Marzipan drucken. Die übrigen Bocusini® bringen süßes Marzipan und herzhafte Leberpastete in Form. Außerdem gibt es eine gedeckte Tafel, auf der Beispiele für die kreative Gestaltung von Vor-, Haupt-, und Nachspeisen mit 3D gedruckten Elementen präsentiert werden.

Am Dienstag, den 14.6. wird unsere Expertin Eva um 13 Uhr einen Vortrag halten und am Donnerstag werden wir von 15-17 Uhr in der Showküche demonstrieren, wie flexibel man mit dem universellen Food Printing System verschiedene Lebensmittel in Form bringen kann.

For our young StartUp one great highlight in 2015 was the selection as winner of the FabCon 3.D Start Up Award, where our little company convinced the jury with its concept to implement 3D Printing technology in the food sector.

This year we proudly invite you to visit us at our own booth at the FabCon 3.D in Erfurt. Look and taste what we achieved meanwhile! Bocusini® will be running at our booth, you can print food yourself with our new User Interface, and you can expire an astonishing range of new food categories that we made printable by Bocusini in the last year.

Further, one of our experts will hold a talk on Tuesday at 13:00 and a live presentation of the printer will demonstrate its flexibility in printing different foods on Wednesday 15-17:00 in the show kitchen.
